How it works

Everything happens in a normal text message. There's no app to install and nothing to log into — you text a photo, we text back a draft, you reply to publish it.

Getting started

Connect your eBay account, once. The first time you text us, you'll get a link to connect eBay. That's the only setup step, and it's a normal eBay login — we never see your eBay password.
Text a photo of your item. You can send up to 8 photos per item. Add a short note if you like — something like "DeWalt drill, works, some scuffs" helps the AI get the details right.
We text back a draft. Title, description, category, condition, and a suggested price based on comparable eBay listings.
Reply SEND to publish it, or tap the link in the message to change anything first.

What you can text

These work while you have a draft waiting. Capital letters aren't required.

`SEND`	Publishes the draft to your eBay account. `YES` and `LIST` do the same thing.
`NO`	Throws the draft away. `CANCEL` works too.
`EDIT price 45`	Changes the price to $45.
`EDIT title ...`	Replaces the title (eBay caps titles at 80 characters).
`EDIT description ...`	Replaces the description.
`EDIT condition used`	Changes the item condition.
`AUCTION`	Switches to an auction, starting at the suggested price for 7 days.
`AUCTION 9.99`	Auction starting at $9.99.
`AUCTION 9.99 5`	Auction starting at $9.99 for 5 days. Lengths are 1, 3, 5, 7 or 10 days.
`BUYITNOW`	Switches back to a fixed price.
`QTY 9`	Lists 9 of the same item. Buy It Now only — auctions are always a single item.
`DASHBOARD`	Texts you a one-tap login link to see your listings and credits. `MENU`, `ACCOUNT` and `LOGIN` work too.
`HELP`	Support info.
`STOP`	Opts you out of all messages.

Plain English works too

You don't have to memorise commands. Texting "change the price to 45" or "make the title say vintage Levi's 501" does the same thing — the AI reads what you meant. You get 3 free re-runs per draft; after that, reply SEND to publish and edit it live instead.

After it's live

Edits still work once a listing is published. We revise the existing eBay listing in place, so it keeps its item number, watchers, and search standing rather than being relisted as new.

Photos

Up to 8 photos per item. More angles generally means a better title and a more accurate price.
The first photo becomes the main image — that's the one buyers see in search results. To promote a different one, text MAIN 3 to make the third photo the main image.
Photograph any flaws deliberately. Buyers are far less likely to open a return case over damage they could see before buying.

Credits and pricing

Your first listing is free. After that, listings come from prepaid credit packs. Credits never expire — there's no subscription, and nothing to cancel.

Text DASHBOARD at any time to see how many credits you have left. Need more than 100 at once? Buy more than one pack — credits stack on the same phone number and never expire.

Buying on a computer?

Whichever number you enter at checkout is where your credits land. Use the mobile number you'll actually text photos from, or your credits will sit on an account you can't text from.

Common questions

Do I need to install anything?

No. It's ordinary text messaging, using the camera and messaging app already on your phone.

Does it list to my own eBay account?

Yes. Listings go up under your account, sales are yours, and you're paid by eBay exactly as you would be listing manually. We connect through eBay's official API.

Will it publish something without asking me?

No. Nothing goes live until you reply SEND or publish from the link. You always see the draft first.

What if the AI gets the item wrong?

Correct it in plain English and re-send, or open the draft link and change it by hand. If it's badly wrong, texting a clearer photo usually fixes it faster than editing does.

Can I cancel?

Packs have nothing to cancel — you bought credits and they don't expire. Monthly plans can be cancelled any time and stay active through the period you've paid for.
