These SMS Terms govern the text-message program operated by WarCoTech LLC for the Text2eBay service ("Text2eBay"). By texting our program number, you agree to these terms.

When you opt in, you will receive recurring automated text messages from Text2eBay related to creating, confirming, and managing your marketplace listings, along with account and service notifications.
Message frequency varies and depends on your activity — for example, how many items you submit for listing. You may receive multiple messages in response to your own messages and actions.
Message and data rates may apply. Text2eBay does not charge for the text messages themselves, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details about your plan.
You can cancel the SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a single confirmation message and then stop sending messages. Opting out will disable the text-based listing feature. To rejoin, text START again.

The program is available to subscribers of major U.S. mobile carriers. U.S. mobile numbers only. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to carrier availability and effective transmission.
By texting START, you consent to receive automated marketing and transactional text messages at the mobile number you texted from. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You must be at least 18 years old to use Text2eBay. You represent that you are the account holder or have authorization to opt in this number.
Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing purposes.
