This Privacy Policy explains how WarCoTech LLC ("WarCoTech," "we," "us," or "our"), operator of the Text2eBay service ("Text2eBay," the "Service"), collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Service, including our SMS/text-message listing feature.

Our core SMS commitment: We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in, or text-message consent with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in consent is never shared with third parties for any purpose.

1. Information we collect

Mobile number & messages: the phone number you text from, and the photos, descriptions, and message content you send to create listings.
Listing & account data: item details, prices, marketplace connections (e.g., your authorized eBay account via official OAuth), and listing history.
Billing data: handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
Usage & device data: basic technical information (IP address, browser, interactions) to operate and improve the Service.

2. How we use your information

To generate, publish, cross-list, and auto-delist your listings across connected marketplaces.
To send you transactional and service messages by SMS (e.g., listing confirmations, account notices) that you have opted into.
To process payments, provide support, and prevent fraud or abuse.
To improve the accuracy and quality of the Service.

3. SMS / text messaging

When you text our number to use the Service, you opt in to receive recurring automated text messages from Text2eBay. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your usage. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and you can get help by replying HELP or emailing us. Opting out of SMS will stop the text-based listing feature. As stated above, we never share your SMS consent or mobile information with third parties for marketing.

4. How we share information

We share information only as needed to run the Service: with the marketplace(s) you authorize (e.g., eBay) to publish your listings; with service providers who operate our infrastructure (e.g., messaging and payment providers) under contractual confidentiality; or when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.

6. Your choices & rights

Opt out of SMS at any time (reply STOP).
Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data and limit access to it.

8. Children

The Service is intended for users 18 and older in the United States and is not directed to children under 13.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date.
