Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Text2eBay service ("Text2eBay," the "Service"), operated by WarCoTech LLC ("WarCoTech," "we," "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Text2eBay lets you create marketplace listings by sending photos and descriptions via text message and other supported methods. The Service uses automated tools to generate listing titles, descriptions, suggested pricing, and to publish items to the marketplace(s) you authorize (e.g., eBay).

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for all activity under your account, including any authorized marketplace connections.

3. Marketplace compliance

You are responsible for ensuring your listings comply with each marketplace's policies and applicable law. Text2eBay is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by eBay Inc. Your use of those marketplaces is governed by their own terms.

4. Pricing & billing

• The first listing on a new account is provided free of charge, with no payment method required.
• Beyond the first free listing, the Service is offered on a one-time, pay-as-you-go basis through listing credit packs. There are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or monthly plans of any kind.
• Three credit packs are available: the Starter Pack ($4.90 for 10 listing credits), the Bulk Pack ($22.00 for 50 listing credits), and the Mega Bulk Pack ($42.00 for 100 listing credits).
• Listing credits are consumed one per listing created and do not expire. You may purchase more than one credit pack, and credits from multiple purchases are combined on your account.
• When your available credits are exhausted, you may purchase an additional credit pack to continue creating listings. The Service does not charge you automatically or bill you for usage beyond the credits you have purchased.
• Payments are processed through our payment processor, Stripe.

5. Money-back guarantee

New customers may request a full refund within 14 days of their initial credit pack purchase by contacting us. This guarantee applies to a customer's first credit pack purchase only.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to list prohibited, counterfeit, stolen, or unlawful items, to violate marketplace rules, or to abuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific sales results, listing approvals, pricing accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. Marketplace APIs and policies are outside our control.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WarCoTech LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost sales, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
